Terrell Green is a Drama Program Manager for ASAP/After School Activities Partnerships.
Terrell currently serves as Vice-Chair of the Mayor’s Millennial Advisory Committee. Previously, Terrell worked as a Health Educator with the Public Health Management Corporation (PHMC) in the Philadelphia Area Sexual Health Initiative. Additionally, Terrell worked as a program coordinator for the Mazzoni Center on the HIV prevention team. Coordinating HIV outreach testing on a mobile van. Terrell, a Philadelphia native, graduated Central High School; received a B.A in Theatre Performance from Marymount Manhattan College in NYC; Shakespeare Performance at Oxford University in England, Marionette Puppetry in Cork and Dublin, Ireland.
Terrell returned to Philadelphia in 2014 and begun to teach theatre, play-writing, and puppetry in the Tri-State area school districts with The Arden Theatre, Theatre Horizons, Mighty Writers, The Attic Youth Center, The Walnut St. Theatre, Philadelphia Shakespeare Theatre, Lenfest Organization, PHMC, Community College of Philadelphia and Philadelphia Young Playwrights. Before joining PHMC as a Health Educator, Terrell worked as an Albert M. Greenfield Fellow with The Philadelphia Theatre Company. With PHMC, Terrell has developed sexual health and role-play theatre interventions for the targeted populations of Young Black Man and Youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder; additionally, for PHMC, Terrell created, and hosted a youth focused talk-show called Reel RapTV.
